Thank you for visiting my site. There is a few things I'd like to have stated on this website for "legal purposes". First off, all works of fiction on this site were written completely by me. Any similarity to any other work, person (either living, dead, or fictional), place, or thing is completely coincidental. The usage of anything on this site in anyway is completely prohibited without written consent by myself, Nicholas Diak. Short passages, and quotations are allowed to be used for review purposes.

Secondly, the majority of the stuff found on this site is of my own creation. With that said, there are bits and pieces of things that are outside of my personal creation that I have found while surfing the internet, thought were pretty rad, and used it in one of my pieces. Such awesome things include: fonts, images, graphics, etc. A lot of these things I have gotten permission to use. Though there are a few things on here that I did not get formally okay-ed, either because the creator could not be found, did not respond to the E-Mail I sent, or just because of my own neglect and failure to request permission. If you find something on this site that belongs to you, and you can prove that it is yours, please contact me at LumberjackNick@rocketmail.com to either have it taken down, or to tell me that you think the way I integrated your creation into my creation is awesome!

With that said, I make no money from this site or anything on this site. In fact, I lose money. I pay out of my own pocket to keep this thing running. So if you want to sew me, don't waste your time, I've got nothing to give....except for my sexy body....which you can't have.
